Eric Robertson – Attorney Biography
Eric was born in Baton Rogue, Louisiana though his family moved to Southeast, Texas when he was five years old. Eric grew up in Port Neches, Texas where he lived until he graduated from high school. For his college education Eric moved to Nacogdoches, Texas. There he attended Stephen F. Austin State University, a rapidly growing state college, and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in General Business. While in college Eric was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma which is the premier honor society recognizing business excellence, and also a member of Alpha Gamma Rho which is a social and agricultural fraternity. Eric wanted to experience life in a bigger city and moved to Fort Worth to attend Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctorate. Once he got use to the traffic he was ready to adopt DFW as his own. During law school Eric volunteered at the legal clinic handling family law matters such as divorces and adoptions for people who lived in the county who were below the poverty line. He was a student clerk in the Dee J. Kelly Law Library, and a student associate for LexisNexis which is one of – if not the foremost – online legal database platforms operating today.
